Medical Facts about Anger :
I. Disappointment is often the most common cause for anger.
    Upto 85% of the time, a person might be expressing his disappointment through anger.
II. The most common causes for "preventable" anger are -

a. hunger
b. lack of sleep
c. incomplete orgasm
d. physical pain
e. craving for smoking, alcohol or food.
III. The most common causes for "psychological" anger are -

a. stress
b. mental conditioning due to social environment
c. clinical depression/anxiety
d. personality disorder
e. inferiority complex
IV. Common ways to "manage" anger -

a.  Have proper sleep
b.  practice to eating food at regular intervals
c.  have medical examination and treatment for a good physical health
d. have medical and psychiatric treatment for a good mental health
e. coping mechanisms - yoga, counselling, exercise, cooking, support group, etc.
