After a small sigh he explained.

you know I am a blogger.  yesterday I  published my first post, which  is first one in  a series of employer and employee relations.
Named it as Demon in office

After seeing it our boss thought that he relates to it he was very furious on me.

As I am on leave yesterday I immediately opened the blog and completed the post

asked him that it is not that much, any boss can't react no! I asked him

Our boss Sanjay is a nice person. I am very much like him. but he misunderstood me that's annoying me a lot.

All of a sudden we can’t move out of the job.  A big Yes you know!

If we try to come out and search for a job means its definitely a suicidal attempt

What I have to do?

In every organization normally CFO, COO ,CEO it’s the hierarchy and   one will not interfere in others job

But in my organization my boss don’t know about the finance, but he will think he know better than all of us

If we go with a problem he says in a tone like- Fire Star Salmon Raju in the picture of Dubaiseen- . that  “you have  

to do this work.  I am doing it for you”.

He didn’t even spell a word.  spooning to his boss that's all  he knows.
