1. Love yourself -

 Loving yourself means you don't let yourself be pushed around just to please others. Learn to say "NO" when it matters.
2. Need others -
  Trusting others is the difficult specially when you have been cheated once. Still you cannot manage all stress by yourself, you do need others. Be brave enough to ask for help.
3. Its not always about winning -
  The worst strategy to manage stress, is to take any situation as an ego battle and keep fighting till you win or you are destroyed. Sometimes you have to learn to give up and move ahead.
4. You are responsible for your reaction -
 Stress can lead to 100 different physical problems. From high BP, hair loss to obesity. You are too be blamed for it. They happened because at some moment you needed to detach from the stress.
5. The way out -
There is always a way out. It might not be as per your ego, but there is a way out. Take that way. That's what differentiates winners from losers.
