1. Revengeful - Be it harmless joke poked onto him or contradicting his view-point in a meeting.

2. Air of Supremacy - Doesn't talk, interact or listen to others. Always feels "superior" and "Grandiose".
3. Loves the "Yes Man" - no great ideas come without discussion, and a boss who encourages only "yes man" or
a team that only smiles and nods at whatever he says.
4. Orders from the Management is blindly followed with no discussion.
5. Top performers and talented people leave the organization - most talented people have a knack of understanding when
to desert a sinking boat. This is a sign that the boss is not good at retaining or extracting best potential from them.
6. Doing the job of others - processes are set for every employee to have a well designated responsibility and work.
If the boss is doing the work of others, means he lack the power to manage his work force to effectively follow the process.
Helping when a deadline is pending or when an employee asks for help is different.
